Allegations found not proven for doctor facing extremely serious allegations

I represented a doctor before the MPTS on allegations of the utmost seriousness—allegations so grave that the GMC sought his erasure from the medical register if they were found proved. From the outset, I was clear about the stakes and the need for a precise, strategic defence.
